Work across your devices

With sync turned on, sign in on another computer and your library is there, with your place in every book and everything you've written.

Add another computer

1. Install Xandria on the other computer.
2. On the Welcome screen, choose Sign In and sign in with the same account.

Your synced library opens straight away. Book files download when you open them, or ahead of time if you choose Download locally.

What follows you

• Where you are in every book, so you can stop on one computer and resume on another at the same page.
• Highlights, highlight notes and bookmarks.
• Notes, book notebooks, Canvas boards and your Wiki.
• Collections, reading lists and Read Later.
• Books you add on any computer.

Changes reach your other devices in the background while they're online.

What stays on each device

• Downloaded books. Each computer keeps its own copies for offline reading.
• Your tabs and panes, so each screen keeps a layout that suits it.
• AI conversations. Chats with the Agent stay on the computer where you had them.
• Linked folders. Each computer watches its own folders.

Read and write offline

Before going offline, download what you want to read: right-click a book and choose Download locally. Downloaded books open without a connection, and everything you do offline (highlights, notes, board edits, reading progress) is saved on the computer straight away.

When you reconnect, those changes sync to your other devices automatically. If you closed Xandria while offline, they sync the next time you open it.

If you edit the same note on two computers while one is offline, the edits are combined when it reconnects. When two edits touch the same words, check the result and tidy it by hand.

TIP

Close Xandria normally rather than ending it from the task manager. It finishes saving your latest edits before it quits.
