Change storage or cancel

Everything here happens on your account page. Sign in, and Your plan shows your storage, what you use and when the plan renews.

Change storage

Under Change storage, each plan says Upgrade… or Downgrade…, when the change starts and whether your library fits.

• Upgrade… shows the price for the rest of this month before you confirm. Your new storage starts as soon as that payment completes. If your bank asks for confirmation, a payment link appears on the page.
• Downgrade… starts at your next renewal. Until then you keep your current storage. Nothing is deleted if you use more than the smaller plan allows; new uploads pause until you are under it.

Changed your mind about a downgrade? Choose Keep with your current size (for example Keep 50 GB) on Your plan before the renewal date.

Payment method and invoices

Payment method and invoices opens Stripe, where you can change your card and download every invoice.

Cancel

1. Choose Cancel subscription on Your plan.
2. Confirm. Syncing continues until the end of the month you have paid for.

Your library stays on your devices. Cloud keeps your synced copy for 90 days, so if you come back within that time, everything is still there. Until the plan ends you can choose Keep subscription to carry on as before.

Withdraw in the first 14 days

Cancelling is different from withdrawing. Within 14 days of your first purchase you can withdraw from the contract and get back what you paid for the days you did not use. See Right of withdrawal.
