Invite people and join a Team

Invite someone

Owners and Admins can invite people.

1. Open the Team's users: in Xandria, with the Team open, go to Manage Library → Users. You can also choose Manage members for the Team in the Workspaces dialog, or the Team's Users link on your account page.
2. Choose Invite member.
3. Enter their Email address and choose a role. Owners can invite Readers, Librarians and Admins; Admins can invite Readers and Librarians.
4. Choose Send invitation.

The invitation holds a place in the Team for seven days. Until then it shows as Invited in the list, where you can Resend invitation or Revoke invitation.

Join a Team

1. Open the link in your invitation email. The page shows Join and the Team's name, your role and when the invitation expires.
2. Choose Sign in or create an account. Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
3. Choose Accept invitation.

Signed in with another account? Choose Use a different account.

Once you've joined, open Xandria and choose the Team in Settings → Account → Workspace. Joining doesn't upload your Personal library or switch your other devices.
