Team billing and locked Teams

Only the Owner pays, on the account page under Your Teams.

Change the Team's size

Choose Change Team plan on another size. A larger size starts once its prorated payment completes. A smaller size starts at renewal, and only when your members and open invitations fit it.

Payment method and invoices

• Update Team payment method saves a new card for future payments.
• View or pay latest invoice opens the invoice on Stripe.

If a payment fails

The Team keeps working for three days after the renewal date. The account page says Renewal payment failed and how long you have.

After three days the Team locks: Payment required. Members can't open it in Xandria, and Sync, editing and transfers stop. Owners and Admins can still see the members and remove people.

Pay the invoice and the Team opens again with everything in it. A locked Team is kept for 90 days.

Cancel

Cancel Team subscription ends the Team at the end of the paid month. Until then, Keep Team subscription undoes it. After it ends, the Team's library is kept for 90 days, so renewing brings everything back.
